WHAT IS RADIESSE?
Customized approach. Refined techniques.
Confidence that feels natural.

RADIESSE® is a versatile dermal filler designed to reduce the appearance of wrinkles, folds, and hollow areas while restoring natural-looking volume to the face and hands. It is made of tiny calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA) microspheres suspended in a smooth gel, which provides immediate lift and support to the skin. Beyond simply filling in lines and creases, RADIESSE® also stimulates your body’s own collagen production, helping to improve skin structure and elasticity over time for longer-lasting, natural results.
It can be used to treat deeper facial wrinkles such as nasolabial folds, marionette lines, and chin wrinkles, as well as to add volume to areas like the cheeks and hands. Because it works with your body’s natural regenerative processes, RADIESSE® provides results that feel and look soft, smooth, and youthful. Many patients enjoy both the immediate improvement and the gradual enhancement that continues as new collagen forms, making it an excellent option for those looking for a longer-lasting, non-surgical rejuvenation solution.

PRE-CARE
Preparing Your Results
- Avoid blood-thinning medications and supplements such as aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, vitamin E, and certain herbal supplements for at least 5–7 days before your appointment unless otherwise directed. This helps minimize bruising, swelling, or bleeding at injection sites.
- Limit alcohol consumption for 24–48 hours prior to treatment, as alcohol can increase the risk of swelling and bruising.
- Avoid other facial procedures or skin treatments—like chemical peels, laser resurfacing, or microdermabrasion—immediately before your filler session to reduce skin sensitivity and irritation.
- Stay hydrated and get a good night’s rest before your appointment. Well-hydrated, rested skin responds better to treatment and promotes smoother results.
POST-CARE
Protecting Your Results
- Avoid rubbing, massaging, or applying pressure to the treated areas for at least 24 hours, as this may affect the filler placement and alter results.
- Limit strenuous exercise, heat exposure, and alcohol for 24 hours after treatment to reduce swelling, redness, or bruising.
- Expect mild swelling, redness, or bruising at the injection sites, which is normal and usually resolves within a few days. Ice packs can help reduce discomfort.
- Follow up as directed and avoid additional cosmetic treatments in the treated areas for at least 2–3 weeks to ensure the filler settles correctly and provides the best results.
