Dr. Jacob Freiman is a board-certified plastic surgeon with more than two decades of advanced surgical experience, known for his precision, artistry, and compassionate approach to patient care. He is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, the only board recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties to certify plastic surgeons, and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons as well as a member of the Miami Society of Plastic Surgeons.

A native Floridian, Dr. Freiman graduated Magna Cum Laude honors from Yeshiva University in New York, obtaining both a BA and a teaching degree. While there, he received the prestigious Isaac Araten Memorial Award.
Dr. Freiman graduated from the University of Miami School of Medicine and went on to complete his training in general surgery at the North Shore Long Island Jewish Health System, where he had the honor of being a chief resident. He also trained at the Buncke Clinic Fellowship in San Francisco and honed his skills in hand and microvascular surgery.
Dr. Freiman then returned to New York to complete his training in plastic and reconstructive surgery. He was a chief resident in plastic and reconstructive surgery at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Montefiore Medical Center, Jacobi Medical Center, St . Luke’s and Roosevelt hospitals, Beth Israel Medical Center, and Long Island Jewish Medical Center. Eight years of intensive surgical training afforded Dr. Freiman the skills necessary to expertly perform the many intricate procedures in plastic surgery.
Dr. Freiman then opened a very successful practice in Palm Beach. His reputation as a highly skilled and warm-hearted surgeon quickly spread, and due to the high demand, Dr. Freiman moved his practice to the Miami area. Dr. Freiman has offices in Miami Beach and Pembroke Pines and has operating privileges in many of the South Florida hospitals.
Before joining Amaira, Dr. Freiman built a thriving private practice in Palm Beach and later in Miami, where his commitment to patient satisfaction and natural outcomes earned him a loyal following. Today, he continues to perform advanced procedures at Amaira’s accredited facilities in Miami Beach and Pembroke Pines, holding surgical privileges at multiple leading South Florida hospitals.
