Originally from Alabama, Dr. Kichler completed her undergraduate degree at Auburn University and earned her medical degree from the University of South Alabama. She went on to complete her General Surgery Residency at the University of Miami – Palm Beach.
Dr. Kichler is the creator of SlimSculpt™, her signature awake liposuction technique designed to achieve natural, sculpted results with faster recovery. She brings her expertise in body contouring and aesthetic surgery to Amaira Surgical Center, where she specializes in procedures such as breast augmentation and lifts, tummy tucks, fat transfer, Brazilian butt lift, Lipo360, body lifts, labiaplasty, and facial injectables, including Botox®, Dysport®, fillers, and Sculptra®.

Dr. Wells maintains a cosmetic surgery practice with extensive experience in facial rejuvenation. His surgical expertise includes facelift and neck lift surgery, as well as upper and lower blepharoplasty. He takes a personalized approach to facial surgery, carefully considering each patient’s anatomy, concerns, goals, and natural features when developing a surgical plan.
For patients seeking improvement in skin tone and texture, Dr. Wells also performs advanced CO₂ laser resurfacing. This treatment uses targeted laser energy to address fine lines, sun damage, uneven pigmentation, and other signs of aging. When appropriate, CO₂ laser resurfacing may complement facial surgery by improving the appearance of the skin. His goal is to create natural-looking results that restore a refreshed, balanced appearance without changing what makes each patient look like themselves.
Dr. Wells received his education at Johns Hopkins University and New York Medical College and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Throughout his career, he has earned numerous professional distinctions, including the American Medical Association’s Physician Recognition Award, and has been recognized in the Castle Connolly Top Doctors directory.
