FAQ’s

The membership term is 12 months and your credit card on file is automatically charged monthly. Your membership will renew annually on your sign-up date unless canceled.

We ask that you make a 3-month minimum commitment upon signing up for a Membership. After this, you may cancel your membership at any time. See terms and conditions below for further information.

Please note that we are not able to pause Memberships.

At this time, we are only able to honor the Membership benefits at the location where you signed up.

Should you need to transfer your membership to another location, please contact the original location who can assist you with updating your preferred location for Membership perks.

Terms & Conditions

  • As a member of the Amaira Med Spa & Surgical membership program, your payments will be collected monthly. Complete payment for products and services rendered must be made at the time of treatment. Membership discounts cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.
  • All products and services offered at Amaira Med Spa are subject to change. Members will be notified of any changes to membership pricing, terms, or conditions at least 30 days in advance.
  • You may cancel your membership at any time after 3 months. Memberships cannot be canceled within the first 3 months. You may contact the Amaira Med Spa location where you signed up and request for cancellation of charges not yet processed. Please note that we do not allow for pausing of Memberships.
  • Any canceled Memberships prior to the 3-month initial commitment are subject to re-payment of discounts or complimentary treatments already applied.
  • Memberships are non-transferable and must be redeemed by the member only.
  • You must be 18 years of age or older to sign up for a membership.
  • Amaira Med Spa & Surgical reserves the right to review memberships and deny, suspend, or cancel your membership at any time if the terms of this membership agreement are not met.
