Ashley MacIsaac, APRN, NP, is the Director of Surgical Services at Amaira, combining advanced clinical expertise with strong leadership to ensure exceptional patient care and safety. A Massachusetts native, Ashley earned her APRN from Florida Atlantic University and brings over six years of ICU nursing experience to her role.

As a Nurse Practitioner, Ashley plays an active role in patient care, applying her background in critical care and pain management to guide patients confidently through every stage of their surgical experience. Known for her calm, compassionate presence, she is dedicated to delivering high-quality care while leading the surgical team with professionalism and heart.

Patrick Bean

LEAD SURGICAL ASSISTANT

Patrick brings over 25 years of hands-on experience in the operating room, grounded in dedication, discipline, and service. He began his career as a surgical technologist, where he developed a strong commitment to precision, teamwork, and patient-centered care. Through years of hard work and clinical excellence, he advanced into the role of surgical assistant, supporting surgeons and patients with skill and confidence.

Prior to his medical career, Patrick proudly served in the U.S. Army with the 82nd Airborne Division. His military background shaped his calm demeanor under pressure, strong work ethic, and attention to detail, qualities that continue to define his professional approach today.
